Hollmén & Co
Hollmén & Co was founded in 1997 and designs, develops and manufactures customised cooling elements for high power semiconductors. We have developed our services so that we can offer our customers the most comprehensive package.
Our in-house developed laser welding technology offers unique benefits for thermal management and has strengthened the co-operation with our clients to include DFM. We have specialised machining and laser welding capacity for both single piece orders up to cost efficient volume manufacture.
Ulvila Ranta’s core competence is short delivery times for complex designs. We work closely with the customer’s R&D and support with design advice in the early stages of the project.
Ulvila Sampo factory manufactures laser welded and machined liquid coolers cost efficiently in volume.
Nivala factory has the capability & capacity to manufacture heat sinks in large volumes.
- Heat sinks
- Liquid coolers (Cold plates)
- E-Mobility (OBC, Battery coolers)
- Aluminium castings
- Telecommunication components
We have developed our services in order to give our customers the most comprehensive package. We believe in and practice regulary ”early supplier involvement” .
Designing according to customer specifications. We can help our customers to take full advantage of the benefits of laser welding for machined components.
Thermal simulation service is to get optimized thermal conductivity. Thermal simulation can be done for cold plates and heat sinks.
Hollmén & Co offers laser welding and machining capacity for prototyping and volumes. We also offer a wide range of additional services eg. coatings, assemblies, testing and gasket dispensing.
Our objective is customer satisfaction. We produce customer-oriented, high quality components. We constantly develop our production processes and operating methods.
We are commited to energy efficiency and reduction of adverse effects on the environment. In all our operations, we ensure appropriate waste recycling and sorting, monitoring of effluents and handling of hazardous waste.
